We provide a holistic approach that is sometimes called 'integrative' or 'alternative' where we combine different schools of thought which are evidence based and scientifically proven.

We prevent illness with a focus on nutrition, exercise and a combination of drugs and botanical medicines if needed.

We are a lifestyle medicine comprised of a Medical Doctor, Dietitian, Nutritionist and Health Coaches who take the time to get to know you, your health history, lifestyle, genetics, symptoms and what makes you unique. Our goal is to help you live a long and healthy life by providing personalized care that addresses all of your needs.

I am a Medical Doctor and enthusiastic wellness advocate passionate about YOUR health.

I have trained in South Africa, Canada, Switzerland and the USA. I am actively engaged in continuous medical education at the Institute of Functional Medicine as well the Institute of Integrative Healthcare at Arizona University to enable me to provide the latest scientifically proven evidence based health advice to my clients.

As a Medical Doctor I treat a broad variety of medical illnesses in the Hospital. I am a lifelong long distance runner, and triathlon athlete part of Team Canada. 

 

My passion for Medicine and Healthy Living started at a young age in South Africa where I grew up and first hand witnessed the incredible impact nutrition has on health.

 

I live in Oakville, Canada with my husband and three children where we actively volunteer in our community and explore nature as often as possible.
