Nutrition is critical to optimal athletic performance. Optimal nutrition is a way to improve your Personal Best, avoid injury and achieve your fitness goals.
Work with Dr.Daniela Steyn, Medical Doctor and Triathlon Athlete for Team Canada to create an individualized meal plan to help you improve your performance, reach and maintain your ideal weight and be your best every single day.
With an individualized nutrition plan and wellness coaching support,
we will help guide you away from overwhelm and towards your goals.
Together, we will develop an eating program you will be able to follow the rest of your life, share with your family and live your best life.
This is not about restriction but rather about learning a new way to optimally fuel your body to move yourself forward.
We teach our clients how to eat more food to fuel their bodies, increase metabolic rate, decrease fat and increase lean muscle weight.
1: Individual consultations with Dr. Steyn will be virtual via secure video consult.
2:A team approach will be taken when designing your individual nutritional plan.
3:All contact made will be via the Better app that you will need for messaging support, food journal entry and to access your nutritional plan.
4: During your initial consultation with your personal Health Coach, your nutritional plan will be explained to you in detail and your weekly follow up sessions will also take place via the these sessions via Better video conference.
5. Must reside in Ontario and be over 18 years of age.
