This is not about restriction but rather about learning a new way to optimally fuel your body to move yourself forward.
 
We teach our clients how to eat more food to fuel their bodies, increase metabolic rate, decrease fat and increase lean muscle weight. 

 

Fine print.

1. Individual consultations with Dr. Steyn will be virtual via secure video consult.

2. A team approach will be taken when designing your individual nutritional plan.

3. All contact made will be via the Better app that you will need for messaging support, food journal entry and to access your nutritional plan. 

4. You must reside in Ontario, have an OHIP card and be over 18 years of age to participate.
